    1. There is very little in the world as satisfying as reading a work of military science fiction written by a veteran. They can portray things in a manner that is believable and authentic because they've been there. The relationships between the characters work on a level that can't be faked. The tactics make sense. The characters are neither cowardly nor psycho gung-ho and eager to die. They are, in short, just like members of the real life military. All of this is true of John R Taylor's Return t [...]

    2. Return to NormandyVery interesting story and a book. A Time-Travel mystery with a huge Airborne jump and a fantastic 'Character' to move the Plot along. Airborne terminology and tactics/techniques were top notch and Done well. The Ground combat, both in Afghanistan and elsewhere felt very real. Well Done, all Around.Rich Johns1/505 and Army Special Forces 1974 - 1998.

    3. Nice little adventureI enjoyed the story but was a little disappointed. I'd never pass up the chance to liberate concentration camps. Other than that good story

    4. Great time travel storyI would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good evening of entertaining, can't put it down reading. Kudos to the author.

    5. Flying into timeThey were on a mission that they did not know. It became a life changing event. The war was on. D day was here. Time to fight.

    6. GoodGreat read hope that he gives us more. Airborne and welcome home. Hopefully this will be a good future for you.

    7. Good but too coincidentalI really enjoyed the premise of this book. The writing seemed to get better as the story continued. There were a few too many coincidences and easy explanations for certain things, but overall I found myself cheering for Spike and his men throughout the book.
