    1. I'm a just crying a little bit on the inside because I wanted to like this book soooo much. But yet here I am. No liking. My biggest problems is that it feels like it fell out of 2013 with all the "YER A SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE, 'ARRY" tropes, possessive paranormal boyfriend, love triangle, singular POC character reverted to funny comic relief, and a female protagonist who doesn't have ANY FEMALE FRIENDS WHATSOEVER. Because why would need them when you have a broody hot dimension-travelling boyfriend [...]

    2. **I'm reviewing the ARC edition, which the lovely Swoon Reads gave to me.**Epic and emotional - I LITERALLY CAN'T BREATHE WITH WHAT JUST HAPPENED IN THIS BOOK.PlotThere is an interesting plot with dimension/reality-traveling. Not much happens initially, but the moment I read the middle, I'm a bit more invested, and when I reached the last quarter of the book, I'm literally at the edge of my seat. Like, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING TO HAPPEN NEXT - MUST FIND OUT NOW. So despite the slow start-up, I hav [...]

    3. I'm quite picky about my time travel books, but I loved the premise of this book and was quite eager to start it. Jessa is an interesting character. She's smart and friendly and is loyal to her family. I truly enjoyed being in her head. Yes, there were times that she was a bit whiny, but it makes sense with what's happening in the story. Ben and Finn are both great additions to the story, for different reasons. I'll let you find those on your own The plot line is what got me. I was captivated fr [...]

    4. 3.5 / 5 FangsTraveler was a quick and exciting read that had me dying to get my hands on the next book. I really have no idea what the author is going to do next with these characters, but I am very excited to figure it out! The main character, Jessa, was very easy to relate to. The author did a great job at making most of Jessa's responses to things genuine and believable. There were times when she got a little annoying and slightly immature, but it was understandable considering everything tha [...]

    5. 3.5/5 starsReally enjoyed this one and I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did.Nothing entirely mind blowing but I found getting to learn the premise and these characters were fun. Plus I NEED that sequel because the epilogue got me hype for the next book.If you've been wanting an easy to read YA book that features entertaining characters and time traveling, this is for you!

    6. 2.5 stars. I might round up. For now, rounding down. *sigh* Baaahhh humbug. ***Review posted on The Eater of Books! blog***Traveler by L.E. 7. From the description, this book has everything I love in it:Pirates ✓Alternate worlds ✓Delectable Book Boyfriend ✓✓✓Said Delectable Book Boyfriend Comes to Life ✓✓✓✓✓Totally sold on this book from the get-go!It’s not a new theory that each time we make a choice, there is a split in reality as another version of us make a different choice and therefore, there are billions, gazillions, un-numbered alternate worlds out there. There are many books written about these too but pr [...]

    8. FINAL COPY REVIEW A little different than when I read it last, but every bit as lovely <3 Without a doubt my all time favourite. Original review posted at: acrossthebookiverseNOTE: THIS IS NOT A FINAL COPY OR ARC COPY REVIEW, EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE THROUGHOUT THE EDITING PHASEI knew just by reading the small synopsis that I was going to love this book and I'm thrilled that not only was I right, but it also was something entirely different from what I had gathered from the synopsis.Basic [...]

    9. I won an ARC copy of this book through ACTUAL RATING: 3.5MY THOUGHTSI was so excited to read this book! A book with a protagonist that is a writer, her character comes to life, and IT IS ABOUT PARALLEL UNIVERSES!! HECK YES! Fun fact: Parallel worlds are, no contest, my favorite thing to read about. I find the idea of parallel worlds just so intriguing! Some parts of this book disappointed me, but by the end I was deeply immersed! I had difficulty getting into this book at first. In the beginning [...]

    11. This was so good! I read the ARE and there were so many moments where the things that happened were so clever, and I really appreciated DeLano's creativity as an author. I loved the plot and the characters and the other realities! Plus, the cover is gorgeous!

    12. To be honest, I did like this book a lot. Though there were definitely some things that just didn't make any sense, or the motivation behind it was lacking. For example (which I will mark as a spoiler just because just in case, it's not too spoiler-y though fyi):(view spoiler)[- Why do travelers need to travel via their other selves to other dimensions in order to change a trajectory? The motivation that they won't be emotionally tied to the world doesn't make sense if you obtain your other self' [...]

The Plot First of all this book isn’t really about time travel, it’s more like traveling to alternate realities [...]

    14. I received an e-arc of Traveler through netgalley.Let me start by saying I did not expect to finish this in one day. But that is exactly what I did. I adored every minute of this and had a hard time putting it down. Jessa learns she is a traveler. She can switch places with other versions of herself in other realities. Unfortunately someone is trying to kill every version of Jessa in every reality. This book reminded me a lot of Infinity by Jus Accardo. If you haven't checked out that book go do [...]

    15. Great book by a first time author. started reading this book at 8:30 did not put it down until I finished it. Well I put it down to take the dog out, but other than that! Already looking forward to book two.

    16. HOLY COW!You know a book is good when you don't even want to stop to write a review, but instead get online to hunt down when the next book is coming out. I absolutely loved this book! Jessa is a Traveler with the ability to slip into different realities using any type of reflective surface. The only catch -- most of these realities also have a Jessa already in them -- with different life experiences and relationships. She's not the only Traveler either Finn lost her once in his reality and he's [...]

    17. **I received a free copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review**I loved this book. I loved this book so much I read it from start to finish in 2 days and finished it at 5 a.m. and I need to sequel NOW!Right, so basically this book is about Jessa St.Clair who has a vivid imagination and dreams, writes stories about the things she dreams and one day sees that the guy of her dreams (literally) is in the real world looking at her. Safe to say she was a bit freaked and totally [...]

    18. I was definitely hoping I would enjoy this story but I'm still pleasantly surprised by how much I did! It's a really interesting parallel realities book, I loved the idea of the Travelers and the Dreamers. A lot of the world building felt a bit info-dumpy to me, which I didn't love. I would have maybe liked to see her being able to explore a bit more on her own or with Finn rather than just told so much about how it works. But it wasn't too bad because I did want to learn about how it all worked [...]

    19. Jessa is a writer, and all her material comes from what she dreams at night. Or at least that's what she thinks until one day Finn, who plays a role in her every dream, shows up one day and asks Jessa to have coffee with him. He explains to her that they are both Travelers who can go through any surface they can see themselves in to alternate realities, and this seems like an amazing talent until Jessa is told that her other selves are dying one by one in each reality. Finn is here to make sure [...]

    20. I'm actually quite pleasantly surprised by TRAVELER. It was a fun mix of traveling between realities and solving a mystery, all told with a really light, easy to read style. While it could have used a bit more development in the world, the system of travel and the characters, I enjoyed it for what it was.

    21. This is a great adventure that explores the idea of alternate realities that can be reached through some kind of reflective surface. There are a lot of interesting ideas presented the most prevalent being the idea that our little actions and choices influence other's destinies. A really fun story.

    22. Traveler by L. E. DeLano is a YA sci-fi/fantasy time-travel novel filled with action, romance, and mystery. Featuring two main characters that I really adored and a plot that was unique and interesting from the start. Jessa St. Clair dreams of other worlds and writes her dreams all down in her stories. One day, one of her favorite memories from her dreams, Finn, appears in front of her out of the blue. In real life. He's come to warn her that her life is in danger and he is there to prevent her [...]

    23. Jessa has spent her life dreaming of other worlds and writing down stories more interesting than her own, until the day her favorite character, Finn, suddenly shows up and invites her out for coffee. After the requisite nervous breakdown, Jessa learns that she and Finn are Travelers, born with the ability to slide through reflections and dreams into alternate realities. But it’s not all steampunk pirates and fantasy lifestyles—Jessa is dying over and over again, in every reality, and Finn is [...]

    24. I really enjoyed the premise of this book, but there were certain plot points, one of which came off as love triangle-like, disappointed me. It ended on a huge cliffhanger and I want to read the second book, but I'm hoping it gives more information than this one provided.I received an ecopy of this book through Netgalley; however, my opinions are my own

    25. I received this advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. When I read the reviews about this book, I was kind of conflicted. Some of them said that nothing really happened, but I highly disagree. So, we have Jessa. She’s a normal teenager who participates in school activities with her best friend, Ben. (By the way, it’s so obvious from the beginning that Ben has a thing for Jessa). Anyway, we immediately meet Finn, the handsome boy that she has been seeing in her dreams for a long while. [...]

    26. Give me the next one PLEASE!!!!!!!! This is too good. Review to come. BUT WHY ISNT ANYOBE READING THIS?????? Crazy

    27. Super cute story and I can't wait to read book 2! Also I love je some pirate Finn I need more of him in book 2!

    28. Review to come!Update 3/12/17:See more reviews on my blog Novels and NecklacesActual rating: 3.5 starsI was going back and forth between 3.5 and 4 stars for awhile with this book because on one hand, I really loved this book, but on the other there were some predictable/run-of-the-mill aspects that I didn't enjoy as much. So overall, I decided 3.5 stars is my actual rating, but 4 is my rating because 1) it deserves the round up, and 2) it's still an accurate rating for how I felt. There is a lo [...]

    29. When Jessa is asleep she dreams of other worlds and a handsome green eyed boy. She writes all of her dreams into stories because she has dreams of being a great writer. One day the green eyed boy shows up in real life and knows he name. He explains that they are both Travelers can can move between different realities using their image in a reflective surface. The reason Finn has shown up now is because Jessa is in danger. Someone is killing all of the Jessa's in other realities, and they need to [...]
