Gone Unnoticed A Kate Reid Novel Book Kate Reid is a likable character, but I must admit Nick annoyed me for jeopardising Kate s FBI course with lots of demands on her time, albeit with the main case in the plot The characters of the crooks and the victims were well drawn, and there some nasty twists toward the end the plot. 1 thought on “Gone Unnoticed”

    1. Kate begins to find herself as she goes through the rigorous training at Quantico. She is still grieving for Marshall which affects her relationships with her fellow trainees. She has an intense need to be independent. These novels flow with a natural ease and grace. They are among the best I’ve read in this genre. On to number four.

    2. You can skip this onePredictable, nothing fancy, a casual read. I skimmed to finish is a day. Surprised at the high ratings in . The writing is not boring and the story does hold your attention. The issue is that this is a tried and teated formula of fiction writing and there isn't any suspense per se. You can pick it if looking for a fast read.

    3. In Gone Unnoticed, Kate Reid is putting her life back together and starting to come into her own. Trying to become an FBI Agent, helping to bring down a human trafficking ring and learning to take care of herself really puts Kate to the test. Good read. For those who want to know: This one has language, violence and a bit of a cliffhanger (but the main conflict is resolved in this story).

    4. This was a great story that was fairly well written, but the disconnect between the dependent clause beginnings of sentences and the main portion of the sentences got in the way too much of the time. (ex: "Lowering her hands again, one of her captors looked over at her." The captive, not the captor, is lowering her hands, but from this sentence the captor is lowering her hands, not the captive.) This could use one more good go-around with a good editor, who would address these issues. If all tho [...]

    5. Just catching up on this series. Wow, what a page turner. Kate doesn't do things the easy way! Besides struggling with her FBI training she is dragged into an actual investigation involving people trafficking. It was exciting stuff to say the least reading her juggle both. With a twist in the end as well the adrenaline was running throughout.Brilliant book.

    6. Page turnerA great storyline which had you gripped throughout. The character's all added something to the story and engaged you further into the events which unfolded. At times, Kate, the main character was quite annoying due to her self doubt, but she grew as a character throughout the book. A inconclusive ending which males you want to read the next in the series.

    7. Exciting RideThis book was interesting from the start and was definitely worth the read. I liked the main character and wanted her to succeed. Although it wasn't an edge-of-your-seat read, it was definitely one that kept your interest. Now I want to read all the books in the series.

    8. Great book!I enjoyed reading this book very much. It was a little slow at times, but got moving really fast about half way through. The case was solved but there's a little teaser at the end. Lots of attention is paid to Kate's training as a FBI agent.

    9. A strong women thriller.Kate was at the academy. She was excelling in the classroom but having trouble with her tacticals. SSA Scarborough asked her to assist with a case at the WFO in her. Spare time.

    10. Excellent NovelThe story held my attention all the way through. Her struggles were so realistic and the training so rigorous. All the characters were multidimensional and believable. Don't miss reading this book - you're certain to enjoy it.

    11. This book was an easy enough read, similar to the previous in the series, however it could use a decent editor. Again there were missing words, or wrong words used (decent instead of descent). It detracts from what could be a good story.

    12. Very goodBook shared what friendship and having each other's back really mean. This showed real life in many of its situations. Kate evolved into a competent women as I read. Look forward to what the future holds for Nick in the next book.

    13. 2 in 1Almost two mysteries in one novel. Her development of Kate Reid is thorough. It did leave you hanging so you have to get the next in the series for "the rest of the story".

    14. Kate Reid is trying to move past personal tradegy and this book chronicles her time at the FBI academy as she goes through their 5 month training course.

    15. More tearsI love this series. It is often sad but realistic as far as showing life isn't always fair. The characters are wonderful and it's well worth you time.

    16. Entoxicating Could not get through it fast enough. Finished it in short time, almost finished it in one day. Waiting on the next in series.

    17. Best one so farBest of the three i have read. I like the perspective and although no surprises, the book was quite appealing to me.

    18. Gone UnnoticedThis series does not disappoint! All the angst of FBI training along with an action packed case that combines illegal prostitution with human trafficking.

    19. Reid does it again!Reid struggles with her past as becomes an FBI agent. She is a hard worker an makes it through her official training.

    20. Gone UnnoticedGreat series . A must read for mystery and thriller lovers. I highly recommend this series. This is the third book in this series and every one keeps getting better. I'm starting the fourth book now.

    21. A good storyWe follow Kate Reid to Quantico , where she is training to become a federal agent . Still under the tutelage of agent Nick Scarbrough , he involves her in some simultaneous on-the-job training in the Washington home office where she plays a significant part in uncovering a human trafficking ring and rescuing several victims . A good tale , a little slow in some places . Characters are likable but I still find that they could be better defined . I am through the third book and still n [...]

    22. A recommendation with a few caveats. This is my 1st in the series and while I enjoyed the story and engaged with the characters, this would be a better book with some more editing. There are awkward transitions and muddy scenes where a character's in one place (or "headspace") and then, poof, they're across the room or in another emotional mood. It's a bit jarring. That said, I finished it and recommend it to Agent Reid fans.

    23. Awesome series!I loved every minute reading this series, and can't wait for the next one! Interesting characters, plots that will keep you engrossed.
