    1. ✦IT'S LIVE!!✦And I'm a mess. A happy, excited, nervous, proud, screaming from the rooftops that I've completed a series mess. I had no idea what I'd be like on this day, with Molly + Dev's story coming to an end, but I have to say that I feel good. I believe I have done my absolute best in telling their story and bringing it to a place that not only they, but I, can walk away feeling whole. And though it's the last book in the series the world of Terra and its people will forever be pumping [...]

    2. Actual Rating:5 MILLIONS STAR IN THIS UNIVERSE!❝I went to your room today.Your indentation is still in the sheets, teasing me, as if you'll be right back.❞ — Dev.HAPPY RELEASE DAY, THE DESTINED *throws sparkles*Let me start off by saying this is how you write an epic finale! E J Mellow did a perfect job blending suspense, romance, badassery & heartbreak in one book that will lead up to an amazing end. I have so much love for this series that I don't know how to express them by just writ [...]

    3. *ARC provided by author in exchange for an honest review*"How ironic to find oneself in one's enemy." Oh. My. God. This was one of my most anticipated releases for this year and even though I already knew I was going to love it, I was not ready for how much it would cost me. I fell in love with this world since the very first book but this last installment managed to multiply my feelings for it time and time again. I can't wrap my head around how much angst and fulfillment this book held between [...]

    4. A book series so ineffably well written should be illicitIf writing a review for the first two books in The Dreamland series was hard, just imagine how freaking impossible it is for me now. From the moment when I said my goodbyes to Dev and Molly at the end of The Divide until the moment I got an e-ARC of The Destined on my kindle three weeks ago, I couldn’t stop thinking about what would happen in the final novel. I’ve made up so many scenarios in my head, you wouldn’t even believe it. An [...]

    5. “Words, Dev thought, never did the job the speaker wanted them to”I couldn’t agree more. I’ve had over a day to gather my thoughts and attempt to articulate just how amazing this book was, and I fear that I still can’t find the words to truly do it justice. I can tell you that this book was an emotional journey; an experience for all your senses. Mellow has an incredible way of whisking you away into her dreamworld and making it so you dread the moment you’ll inevitably have to come [...]

    6. By the stars, I just finished The Destined, and I am so friggin sad that this series is officially over! This book is perfection. This entire series is perfection. ❝I searched for you in the stars tonight. But I found nonethat burned as bright as you.❞The Destined had the perfect amount of humor, romance, heartache, and tons of intense, action-packed scenes, and so much more. You guys, if you haven’t read this series yet, DO IT NOW. You seriously won’t regret it. You will fall in love with [...]

    7. I've been waiting for this book. Once it was released I re-read all the books in the series just to make sure I was 100% on what was going on. This book far exceeded my expectations! An author hasn't captured my attention so much since Harry Potter. The world that she paints for you is graphic and I can picture it as she has written. She paints pictures with her words. The story line is easy to follow and complex at the same time. I have recommended this series to everyone!

    8. I recieved an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. This does not in any way affect my thoughts expressed in this review.Oh. My. God. It has been two weeks since I finished reading this, and I’m still trying to deal. This book was everything. It was absolutely amazing, fangirl-attack inducing, heartbreakingly cute, and just plain heartbreaking. And, more importantly, it was the end. The end, guys. There will be no more books about Molly and Dev and Terra and all the characters [...]

    10. This is pretty standard paranormal romance - but the thing about it that I really, really liked was way the physical aspects of the romance were so subtly handled. No graphic detail - just poetic phrasing that didn't come across as cheesy.Other than that, it was largely unremarkable. A good series and one I'd recommend. It didn't blow me away, but not much does when you read a steady diet of this stuff. I'd definitely read more from this author.

    11. I want to thank E. J. Mellow for sending me an early copy of her book. I feel very lucky, thank you again. The Destined is the third and final book in the Dreamland series, by E.J. Mellow. In this book, we start the story where we left it at the end of book number two, and because of that, I can’t tell much about the plot. But know this: war is imminent. Molly has a lot on her plate, and being the only Dreamer ready for the challenge and able to face it, she is up to face life-threatening experi [...]

    12. To this day, I still can't believe that this series has ended. I have waited for this book for almost a year and now, I have read it and loved every single thing about this book. It is everything that I have ever hoped for and it has definitely met my expectations. Can I just say that I wish the Metus' actually exist and all they bad things and destructions that our people have been doing are caused by them, planting bad dreams. And not because they are doing it based on their opinions and want. [...]

    13. ::Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers::I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review, thank you!!! I feel privileged to have been lucky enough to read this early. My actual rating 5 shooting stars I searched for you in the stars tonight. But I found nonethat burned as bright as you.—Part of a letter from Dev to MollyThe Destined is the concluding story in The Dreamland Series, you'd better buckle up it's going to be a wild ride. The Destined basically picks up where The Divide left us, wit [...]

    14. I'm trying to find the right words. The perfect way to say that this book - this series - is a must-read. But I continuously come up empty. I cracked open The Destined with bated breath. To say that I was invested after reading the first two books in the series would be an understatement. I was worried. Would I be disappointed? Would the series end the way I wanted it to? I could dwell on these worries or I could jump in and read. And whoa. I wasn't disappointed. Not by a long shot."This is to [...]

    15. We’ve known Dev and Molly. Ever since she started dreaming and this larger than life dream man became part of her reality, we’ve known them. Our hearts soared with them and broke with them. And after the ending of The Divide, I was nervous for what was in store for these two, Earth, and Terra.I will say that my heart was broken in the start of this book. It was raw and painful. I wanted to climb in bed and not get out. Then when the answer to all our prayers came, I BAWLED. Like BAWLED. It h [...]

    16. I might say this is the most action packed of the 3. But at the same time the romantic atmosphere and humor is always there of course! (If you read it you know what I mean, so read it! HAHAHAHA) I love the words used . I learned a whole lot of new words that widens my vocabulary. I really wonder how E.J Mellow writes the book. So action packed, details of Terra more intricate that it made me want to see some illustrations of it. The Vigil and Nocturna, all of the characters anyway. I wanted illu [...]

    17. Mama Says:When you come to the end of a trilogy, you are nervous.  Will the author give me the ending I want? Will more people be lost?  Will I feel as if I've been cheated?  I am here to reassure you all that this is not something you need worry about with The Destined.  As the final act in what has been a thrilling journey of hope and dreams, the true cost of peace is discovered and many sacrifices are made along the way.  Reading this book I felt like my nerves were frayed and then slow [...]

    18. Do you know that feeling you get when you finish a book or a series and there is no more and you feel a void in your life? That is what I am feeling right now. A void in my life that can only be filled with more Dev and Molly and the Dreamland. It's like a nasty hangover - book version. I don't know what took me so long to read this book. Maybe it was because the book was a little slow through the middle section. Or maybe it was because I knew this was it, this was the end of Dev and Molly's sto [...]

    19. ****SPOILER FREE**** I hate giving a review that revels anything so this will be very vague. You will have to read it to find out for yourself!Thank you E. J. Mellow for sending me an early copy of your book. I feel very lucky and have loved every book, thank you. E. J. Mellow is a very gifted and talented author and you will see that throughout all her books (no she did not pay me to say that). The Destined is the third and final book in the Dreamland series. In this book, we start the story wh [...]

    20. HOLY MOTHER OF TERRA! Now, this is what I call a mesmerizing conclusion to a series. This book had EVERYTHING. Good dialogs, new lovable characters, AN AMAZING PLOT, action, the scenes were so freaking fast-paced; the book is just perfect. This one, is my favorite out of the three books! So many mind-blowing things happened that I don't even know how I'm sane right now, or am I? I have to say it again, the characters are my favorite part of this series. They felt so vivid, so real that sometimes [...]

    21. Like I said in my review of The Dreamer, I so wish I had read this series sooner. I have enjoyed getting to know the characters and the world of Terra so much. Of course, the romance and relationship between Dev and Molly was wonderful to watch as it developed. I also think the secondary characters were very well written with distinct voices, especially Rae and Hector. It was such an enjoyable reading experience, I highly recommend this series. It's a great blend of romance and sci-fi/fantasy, w [...]

    22. This was just a brilliant conclusion to an equally brilliant series. E.J. Mellow did such a brilliant job with this series. The characters were absolutely phenomenal and felt so real. Molly was so freaking badass and Dev was absolutely swoon worthy. I am so bummed that this is only a trilogy. I need more. Three books is not enough!!

    23. You won't regret picking this book up because you're gonna fall in love with them so hard (If you already read the rest of the book, you guys know what I'm talking about ;)) you won't even know it until you turn over that last page. I hope you enjoy this book as much as I do. Have fun reading this last chapter of Dev and Molly's adventure !!

    24. The Destined wraps up this beautiful story perfectly. I absolutely love he excerpts of the letters Dev and Molly wrote to each other it provided even more depth to the characters. Also I stayed up all night finishing this book! I could not put it down that's how perfect it was. Looking forward to more books by E.J.!

    25. nearly had a heart attack during Chapter 44!! Oh my gosh! This ended so well, so amazing! I knew Dr. What's His Nuts was not someone I liked in the beginning. Becca's nickname for that guy cracks me up. Love how Rae was willing to give up the life he knew for Molly. And Hector . . . ❤❤

    26. Loved the finale book to this entire series. There were some pacing issues towards the end that left me going "huh? What just happened?" But all in all this was really fun. I loved Molly's growth. I loved her realism in dealing with trauma and being the chosen one. I loved that she understood self care was so vital to her well being and being independent enough to walk away from Dev in order to heal and recover rather than putting her relationship with him before her own physical and mental heal [...]

    27. I really liked this trilogy by ej mellow. However, I think you shouldn't read the separately but as a whole. I think I liked the last one the best. You really live towards the end of it all and it all comes together very nicely. I don't believe this was a literary piece of art, but I connected with the main characters and felt happy when they were happy.

    28. *book was sent to me by the lovely author in exchange for an honest review*Actual Rating: 4.75 starsI went into The Destined absolutely destroyed from the ending of The Divide. I had to emotionally prepare myself, 'cause E.J. Mellow knows how to hit ya right in the FEELS. This novel was no different.I enjoyed it from start to end! Mellow writes so beautifully and knows just how to pace the story to keep you turning page after page until you reach the final one.I loved this trilogy and I look for [...]

    29. *** 2,5 stars***The ending to this trilogy was well, meh. I can't say disappointing, because as you can see in my reviews (here and here) that I never thought this was a brilliant epic to begin with. But still, this was a rather anti-climatic closure, in my opinion.-- SPOILER ALERT: I can't really review this without giving away any details, so consider yourself warned. --(view spoiler)[Okay, I'll be straight-forward. The last two books revolve around the nightmare-creatures, the Metus, and how [...]
