    1. The Collector commands Moebius and Fox to find a mysterious weapon that was smuggled out of Germany after WWII and then it disappeared. It's good to once again read a Moebius and Fox adventure, but I wasn't so taken in by the story even though it was a nice change to read a graphic novel instead of a book. It was a lot of action and around the world hunt and the art was good and the ending promised an interesting continuation. But I felt that it lacked something extra to make it really, really go [...]

    2. This review originally published in Looking For a Good Book. Rated 3.0 of 5Given my feelings toward the first volume in this Basil and Moebius Adventure series I would normally have not bothered asking to read the second volume. However, I had placed the request for the second volume before I had read the first book, and so this was in my queue and I gave it a read and was very pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it much more than the first volume. This is an action/adventure series featuring Ala [...]

    3. Old-fashioned adventure story with two dashing heroesThis is the second volume of the adventures of Basil and Moebius: it consists of a tale in which our two heroes/thieves are asked by the Collector to retrieve an artefact from Nazi Germany. They meet an assortment of characters including ninjas, mercenaries, zombies, various ladies in various states of undress. Some humour is injected into the dialogue and the whole ripping yarn is exciting and engaging.Colourful and well-illustrated, this wor [...]

    4. Basil and Moebius rescue a countess in order to steal her necklace. They are then summoned by their eldritch boss - The Collector. He tasks them to find a particular Tesla device last known to be on a WWII German submarine. Their jaunting take them to Argentina, Antarctica, and numerous other locations with fights and narrow escapes. The question to be asked at the end is "What is The Collector doing with that device?" Enjoy the mash-up of Indiana Jones meets Lovecraft!

    5. This series has an Indiana Jones feel, so I was hoping to like this adventure more than the last, but I'm still not a fan. It is probably because the portrayal of women is not to my liking.
