    1. This was such a good story and the best in the series so far. Karidon fears that he will end up like his alchohol abusing father, but he doesn't know any other way to cope with the nightmares that haunt him.He pushes his friends away and tramples on his chance of love but that chance is someone who is persistent - Oliver.Absolutely the best in the series so far and really emotional. It is a pity this author was accused of plagiarism (not this book). She knows how to spin an imaginative tale and [...]

    2. I must live under a rock!!!No idea that was happening with this author. I'm floored!!!To risk all your work like that Now it's all suspect. Why???WTF!!!!/topic/show/

    3. This is the first time for me, becasue I love this author's books. But I'm not sure yet, if I like this series to keep going.

    4. I don't know about this book. I appreciated how it tackled both the character's issues, but I found it hella depressing to read, and I honestly felt bad for Ollie for having to beg for Karidon's attention. Sure, the man liked him back, and he had things he needed to deal with, but that didn't make it feel less shitty. Karidon used him then kicked him out, and that's the truth regardless what excuse they came up with. Also that thing with Russo - err, didn't he have the responsibility of, y'know, [...]

    5. This is probably the best out of the bunch for me. There are PROBLEMS. Real problems. They aren't swept under the rug or mating fixed it. Although we have a little skip ahead fast forward of dealing with the issues at hand it's still not an instant over night fix.The thing I had the most issue with is the business with Salvador. His presence or lack of. Instead of sticking around after taking Ollie and seeing his orders followed through, he leaves it in a lackey's hands and for the duration ther [...]

    6. I'm reviewing this one first because this is, hands down, my favorite of the series. I love that there were REAL issues here, with alcoholism and abuse, and therapy, and I just loved the angst and all the feels in this one between Ollie and Karidon. Yeah, there were still some issues and some things rushed along, but this just felt more developed and the characters felt more real and it just wasn't an instant hook up. I wish there had been a bit more happiness for these two before the story ende [...]

    7. Well I'm pretty sure that Oliver and Karidon when through the roughest time trying to become a couple. As much as all the angst killed me, I was glad to see that the couples didn't automatically just become a couple. I was excited that we got a rough journey while Oliver tried his hardest to stand by Karidon and Karidon had a lot of personal demons he had to get through before he could fully commit to Oliver. The ending was perfect and I was wondering if that would happen with Olin or Oliver. Gr [...]

    8. 4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it felt like something was missing! Dr. Russo can be my "shrink" any day and Karidon I want to tug his hair. I don't think I cried so much. Can't wait for the next one.
