    1. Not on ku so must have gotten it thru one of my free book sites. Spy Thriller I guess, something usually don't bother to read, but since it was this writer and had it along with Those geese, they lied. He's Dead. which is a short story collection but also have Cherry Picking which is more but like this one but not really, hard to explain, but definitely had to read through this.

    2. A Riveting Spy Thriller! MI5, MI6, the South African Secret Service, and the Chinese--what more could you ask for in an international spy thriller. You have shadow governments, or rogue governments--or is this really the normal operating procedures for nations who want to take down their enemies, in revenge for spying on them? And all of this wrapped up in the ethical dilemmas of deciding whose life is expendable, and whose is not. John Westlake awakens to find that his memory is gone, but his ni [...]

    3. A very well written thriller, with an exciting and interesting plot. I really enjoyed The Last Prophet. It keep my interest with all the twists and turns it took, always keeping me guessing and engaged. Well done! An interesting premise and well executed conclusion. I recommend this book, as well as others from Tim Heath, for any fans of thriller novels or even of movies like the Borne series. Overall, another great book from Tim Heath! I received this book for free from the authors website by j [...]

    4. A very clever way of writting!!! A thriller-action story with nice twists, that makes you want to read more. The past with the present well mixed up and with a very satisfied ending! I can imagine it easy be also a movie!

    5. Gripping Story From Start to Finish!Tim Heath takes us into the world of national intelligence agencies with the British MI5 at the center of this novel. We start off knowing nothing and through the skillful interlacing of the present and the past, we slowly learn about John Westlake (The Last Prophet) and the current situation while truly getting to know the main characters. About halfway through the book, you will pretty much know everything that could be told about the past. But, the story do [...]

    6. The global rush by countries jockeying for superpower positioning with overwhelming destructive consequences was explored in the twenty-seven chapters of “The Last Prophet”. Ironically, the current world environment made some of the events in the book more plausible. I am not a fan of switching back and forth between the past and the present, although I do understand the need for it. For me, it took away from my reading enjoyment; however, the author’s creativity was impressive. My assessme [...]

    7. Very captivating novel. It'll have you wrapped up in conspiracy and espionage blanket of mayhem and betrayal. I wasn't very pleased by the ending on John's part. But all in all I guess everybody got what they wanted except the UK.

    8. Sorry Tim. For some reason I just couldn't follow things as they jumped back and forth in time. I am a seasoned reader but had to throw in the towel on this one.
