    1. This is book 1.5 in the "A Singular Obsession" by Lucy Leroux. This is a really hot, short read (about 62 pages) that you will love. This is a standalone book so if you have not read the previous one you will be okay.Noah Masters was a race car driver and now is trying to do something else. While trying to figure that out he heads to his dad's house. There he meets his new 'step-sister' and finds that he has falling in love with her. Charlie (step-sister) has had a kind of rough time of it as he [...]

    2. Too short to be a 5 star! Sorry but it was a nice story but the heroine jumps into bed with the hero and then they move in together, what? I can't say I don't love the possessive mega hot guy, I just adore them. This is why the 3 stars and not really cause the book was great. Guy sees hot girl wants her go on my fake date kisses girl and they have sex 3 days later. I don't buy it but heck it was short and sweet!

    3. I've bought the insta-love trope in many, many books before and I'm not ashamed to admit it, but this time Sorry, it didn't work for me.

    4. Short. Sweet. Instalove. Noah fell for Charlie and there was no going back. It was very short so it didn't get to detailed. Not ow/om drama and no cheating.

    5. It was a cute sweet short read. I do wish we got to know them a little better. Its a short so thats ok. Charley was sweet and really naive for her age 18 to just turning 19. Not her fault though. Her sister was responsible for her and always dragged her around places when she married someone new. Had to always re-do her grades so not much of a childhood. Sorta sad. Noah's dad wasn't much better. He was kind of a jerklf centered. Noah's a race car driver and pretty successful at so young, 22. He' [...]

    6. Since this is a novella everything happens real quick! I would have liked a full length book just so we could see the h/H's relationship grow and not happen within day.

    7. This is a wonderful book. The hero did not know the heroine even though her sister married into the family. He took care of her since no one else did. Lucy Leroux is a great author. Make sure you read her books under the name of L.B. Gilbert.

    8. Although this was really short, I enjoyed this book. Noah was a rich, free spirit that wasn't sure what he wanted out of life until he meets Charlie. Charlie is his father's new wife's sister. She's basically neglected and lonely. She has no friends and only focuses on her school work. She's basically invisible to everyone except Noah. Noah and Charlie quickly fall for each other, which felt rushed, but the way Noah took charge and forged ahead with their relationship and laid claim to Charlie w [...]

    10. This is an insta-love story that was good but too short to fall too hard for the characters. I wasn't too impressed with Noah in the beginning. He came off as a rich kid who floundered but when he meets Charlie, he grows up and secures a job and a place for his future with her that redeemed him for me. The fact that I would have loved for this to be longer to get to know the characters more earned this story 4 stars.

    11. I liked this story but it was very short. No drama AT ALL. Every story needs a little something but this had absolutely nothing. Still, it left me with a pleasant feeling so I give it 2.5 stars

    12. 4.5 stars for this great novella about H who at 22, is a recently retired race car driver. Oh well, it's fiction. The h is his stepsister, she's 19, graduating late from high school because of a disjointed family. Her older sister is now married to his father. They are loners and at first sight he thinks she is plain. He has to rescue her from one his drunken friends, but in the aftermath of the small incident, he shows how kind he is and as she shares her story with him, he falls in love. Withi [...]

    13. Quick pleasant read. Alex's cousin, Noah, is restless and unhappy. Charlie, his step-something from his father's fifth marriage, is lonely and takes a distant second to the men in her sister's life. Together they fill a need in each other.

    14. I loved this book. This book takes place between Alex and Calen's stories. You can read it as a standalone or in the series. Noah and Charlie immediately fall in love even though they know they should stay away from each other. This also shows how when someone falls in love, they will do anything to make that person happy. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.

    15. A Review of Confiscating Charlie (A Singular Obsession, Book #1.5) by Lucy LerouxShort and sweet - 5 starsIf you read the first book in this series, you will have met Alex. Noah is Alex's cousin, but this is the first time we've heard anything about him. When we first meet him, he is in the hospital after crashing his race car and ending up having surgery on his leg, along with a couple of cracked ribs and a concussion. Alex makes a suggestion that Noah look at putting his college degree to use [...]

    16. Not enough I liked it but not enough.I liked Noah and Charlie but there just wasn't enough story It was too quick too easy,Noah's acceptance of Charlie and his feelings of her and vise versa, it was too quick and easy I'm really into angst ridden stories w/19 year old virgins and I've seen how you can meet someone w/chemistry soo amazing you finally get why some ppl totally get carried away run off to Vegas or get drunk and married while there but still there needed to be more to this I met ,I s [...]

    17. I liked this book. It was a pretty good short story of the MC, Noah Masters, falling for his father's fifth wife's much younger sister, Charlie. The only part I didn't get or like was the relationship Noah had with his father. Noah's father seems very distant and pretty much an asshole not like his cousin, Alex and his father Costas, where their relationship was a bit closer. I also didn't really understand or like Charlie's relationship with her older sister. Her older sister took Charlie under [...]

    18. After suffering an injury, Noah decides it's time to stop racing and come up with plans for what to do with his life. He never imagined that meeting the sister of his dad's new wife would change his life. Meeting Charlie knocked him on his a$$. He tried to fight his attraction, but it was no use. They were meant to be together.Charlie had heard stories about Noah, but never imagined he'd be the kind and considerate man he was. It didn't take long for her to fall hard. This is a quick sweet story [...]

    19. The sex that Charlie and Alex have in this book is sexy, so as far as erotica goes, it’s not that I don’t think this story fits the bill. What really bothered me in Confiscating Charlie was the concept of ownership. Alex is a grown man with a master's degree who takes advantage of a young, naive girl who, while technically an adult, is still in high school. This girl has never even been kissed, and he not only seduces her, he also insists that he be allowed to treat her like property.Might t [...]

    20. Super quick, sexy read. You don't need to read the other books in the series, Alex is briefly in it but this is a stand-alone. Though I really like the other books.22 year old Noah meets his about to turn 19 year old stepsister/aunt and winds up nearly kissing them both to climax. I wish the length were a bit longer but it was enjoyable for what it was.

    21. Confiscating Charlie: by Lucy LerouxCute story as well as a little dramatic but goog you need to read this book you will enjoy it I did about a son who hadn't been working met his father's new wife's sister Charlie they fall in love so read the book and find out what happens you will love it enjoy Margie

    22. Ummmm I read calens story and thought it was really good. So I look up author to see what else she wrote and had this one for free. Yeah a waste . Way to short n just not that good I think author likes writing about alpha males n very innocent women.

    23. I really loved reading this story, it was fast paced, but nonetheless enjoyable and really entertaining. I read it all in one sitting. Noah and Charlies story will make you smile and say aw! I definitely recommend this book to anyone. ^-^

    24. Liked this one as well but everything moved too fast btw the characters. I mean really fast. This author writes the kind of heroes we all hope were real. I can't wait to read more books by this author.

    25. This story was a quicky but so delicious. About 60 pages and I could feel the connection between the main characters. I will definitely be picking up the rest of the books in this series.
