    1. - English ebook - I have dyslexia. - second book in the trilogy. - Tannen Minden sat at a long oak table, leaning forward as he waited for the instructor to arrive. -Tannen made it to Ethrea and recieves lessons. As his mother had wanted for him but he is restless and loved to go back on the road. In Elle he finds a new friend, he rides the Draasin and stumbles on another quest. And can he become the first new worrior in a decade? In fastforward speed Tannen meets up with new friends and problem [...]

    2. A complex book! This one was a page Turner, an action book from cover to cover. Tan comes into himself as a warrior through the school of hard knocks. Watch University geeks there is a new kid on the quadrature.

    3. These books are the kind of fantasy you don't see as often these days. Good classic fantasy. Some people might say they're geared toward a younger audience, but I don't care. I enjoy them because they remind me of the kinds of stories that made me fall in love with fantasy in the first place. This one is also a rarity in the genre because it has a single point of view character. That makes for a quicker read and a deeper connection with the character. In all, this was a lot of fun and an improveme [...]

    4. This was another great novel. I like the writing style, it's fast paced and gets to the point. A lot of novels I read dwell on the style of clothing or the jewelry well for me that's boring let's get to the action.

    5. This was a good second book. Tan continues to develop his understanding of his gifts and powers. And so does his relationships with Amia and Roine.

    6. This story continues the previous Cloud Warrior Saga. I feel much the same about this book as the one that preceded it.Good:Fairly decent, though unoriginal world-building. The author creates a mostly believable world and there is a sense that there really is a whole world out there beyond the location(s) the story takes place.Somewhat original magic system, though with faults (see below). The story moves along pretty rapidly and doesn't get boring (except for the whiny thoughts of the protagonis [...]

    7. I have absolutely loved the Cloud Warrior Saga, the imagination of the entire series held my attention. It was great to just dive right into the story and get lost, in a very good way. That being said I move on to my thoughts on this series editing. Some of my ratings on these books were four stars instead of the five stars it would have deserved, I will give you a few of the reasons why I think this. The first is editing errors, whomever the "EDITOR" is needs to actually read the books. My next [...]

    8. The powerful draasin – elemental creatures of fire not seen for a thousand years – have returned. Not all are convinced they should have been freed. As Tan struggles to learn earth shaping, he discovers dangerous fire shapers from Incendin have come to Ethea. When the city is attacked by the draasin, Tan must use his connection with them to learn why. Doing so leads him from the city and forces him to once more face the terrible shapers of Incendin, but this time bound to the draasin for hel [...]

    9. I thought Bound by Fire was another great chapter in the Cloud Warrior saga. Tannen continues to evolve in his skill as a shaper and more importantly, we are starting to see that he has the makings of a Cloud Warrior with the ability to shape all four of the Elements, Air, Water, Earth and Fire. The relationship between Tannen and Amia continues to develop , with their bond growing ever greater despite multiple obstacles to making it succeed, least of which that Amia is a Spirit Shaper and Aeta. [...]

    10. An excellent continuation from the first book! We get to see how Tannen evolves in skill. We get a better understanding of the relationship between Lacertin and Roine/Theondar the Warriors. The relationship between Tannen and Amia has developed a bond but there are multiple obstacles to making it succeed, least of which that Amia is a Spirit Shaper and Aeta. The Aeta people are much like the the gypsy Romany and are traveling wanderers. We get to learn more about where gifts are from and the gre [...]

    11. I enjoyed the story, but I gave this 3 stars as I feel the author repeats themselves too much. Does the author feel that we are not paying attention? This is a shame as the story line is good. I put up with it in the first book as I enjoyed the story so much, but it started to get on my nerves with the second book. I am going to read something else next rather than go onto book 3. Maybe I will try it again later in the year.

    12. Books just get better!Tan's story continues and more exciting action ensues. This is the first series in a long time that has me unable to put it away. This author keeps the story moving at a fast pace, yet still conveys a sense of history and detail so the reader is never left feeling uninformed. It's the best kind of story in my opinion; mystery, fantasy, action-adventure all rolled in to one.

    13. Holmberg did a good job here. Second in the series and although the over all plot/storyline is typical and predictable--normal kid with normal life, normal kid discovers he/she has powers, normal kid with powers does something cool and worldly--there are still some unexpected twists and turns and even the predicatable is done with a level of creativity above similar reads in the genre.

    14. 4.5 starsI don't really know what's holding me back from giving this a full 5 stars but there is some little thing missingwhatever it is doesn't mean much though. The second book was just as good as the first. Some of the twists were predictable but then there were several that weren't.And Zephra.! Looking forward to book 3!

    15. Book 2 is a quicker read than book 1. I have a lot of lingering questions and am ready to dive into book 3. There was plenty of action, elemental magic, and a bit of love. I would love a bit more incite into why the baddies have gone bad.

    16. Loving this series! Clean, lots of action, great characters. This series is everything I look for in fantasy! Good problems, no stupid mistakes, and magic saves the day when all seems lost.

    17. Another chapter in a great saga. The Cloud Warrior saga creates a world of great depth and wonder. The characters build into full color and depth in this book. More over, the connection between all things becomes clearer. The next book should continue to build.

    18. Solid sequelThe second book of the series was as quick paced and fun to read as the first. Characters were developed more, which was good.

    19. It's getting betterAfter an intriguing first book I felt the second book really took off. I look forward to the sequel with great eagerness.

    20. The plot thickensThe second book builds very nicely off the first. Thoroughly enjoyed this book and I definitely am going to be getting the third one soon

    21. Great booksI like the way the author has you wanting to read more. My kind of books, defeating the negative forces with compassion, not anger.

    22. Great readThe story kept me reading. Fantasy is what I read and it needs a strong story line and well developed characters. This has it all.

    23. Good readThe characters are well developed and the story was compelling. Couldn't put it down. Can't wait for the next story.

    24. I liked this one a lot too, it's been very interesting to see the world develop. I look forward to the next one.

    25. Bound by FireThe adventure continues as Tan learns to control his powers better. Good adventure at every turn with in this series.

    26. ExcitingI liked the hero. You have made him a very likable character . I also like the elemental who are characters too. The action is non-stop.

    27. Captivating story. Couldn't put it down . Can't wait to read the next installment of the series. For a fantasy book, you can't go wrong with this one.
