    1. I cannot praise this book enough! I enjoyed the new take on vampires and the mysteries that surrounded the creatures. I was entranced by the tale just as Dexter was entranced by the beautiful Christina! The story wasn’t just believable and logical in its explanations to debunk vampires, but it was entertaining and exciting! The ultimate fate of Dexter surprised me. I didn’t really anticipate the ending and that is a credit to the author! Brian L. Porter never ceases to amaze me with his origi [...]

    2. A tale of vampires and the "love of one's life" brings together Christina and Dexter. They come from widely divergent, or so it seems, backgrounds and areas. She is Romanian, he is English. She is Radaluc, yes it is an anagram for Dracula. He is an investigative reporter sent to Romania to investigate the disappearance of children and the rumors of vampires. He falls in love with this beautiful creature who confesses to him in their first encounter, both personally and sexually, that she is desc [...]

    3. Freelance reporter, Alan Dexter, accepts an assignment in Bucharest, Transylvania to investigate the mysterious deaths of five people whose bodies were drained of blood. His contact in Bucharest is the sexy, journalist Christina Radaluc. Dexter, as he likes to call himself, scoffs at the idea of vampires, but soon, he might have to change his beliefs. This is a pretty standard plot for a vampire story. No hidden surprises. You know how it’s going to end from the first chapter. The only slight t [...]

    4. Cold & clever: Kiss Of Life is an eerie, fast-paced thriller that pulls you in quickly and doesn’t really offer a chance to put the book down. The lead characters are cleverly cliché. The setting, like the portent of the tale, is cold. You feel that – all the way through, you feel cold. Intrigue builds and builds. You know the good guy is headed for trouble. Blindly, he is drawn as the story twists deeper with convenient lies, lustful passion and mind-control. You get all along where th [...]

    5. PredictableStory started out very similar to the original Dracula. Didn't take much imagination to figure out how it would end.
