    1. Very good book. I really liked both Luke and Marnie. Luke is a single father who manages the Mirabel Inn. He works very hard to make it the best place possible, with little to no contact with the owners. He is immediately drawn to Marnie, even though at first he thinks she's married. When he finds out she's single, he asks for her help with the couples' Christmas event he is doing at the Inn. He is amazed at how good she is at everything she is doing for him. I loved the way that all the members [...]

    2. Do you believe in Love at First Sight? If not, you just might after reading this delightful story of two people thrown together in a postcard-perfect setting at Christmas time. Prepare to suspend any doubts you might have as you get involved in the drama surrounding Marnie and Luke and Luke’s son, Ethan. Marnie has been persuaded by her brother to be a “Mystery Guest” at Mirabel Inn, which is under consideration to be purchased or possibly closed by a large hotel chain. Luke, the manager o [...]

    3. Marnie is sent to survey and observe an inn as a favor to her brother, who is trying to get the business of the owners. Luke is managing the inn with his four year old son and the staff that has become family. Luke and Marnie fall for each other at first sight, the four year old Ethan loves his new friend, the family expands, and the Christmas spirit thrives. Good read!!

    4. Sent by her brother as a mystery guest to a small inn, Marnie meets the love of her life, only to start off their relationship with a bunch of lies. As lies often do, Marnie is caught between her devotion to her brother and her increasing attraction to the inn's widowed manager and his young son. Soon, everyone's life is turned upside down.I had some issues with parts of the book - being granted access behind the scenes and helping out really makes your mystery guest survey easier? Can we rehash [...]

    5. I went into this with high expectations as the plot seemed like something right up my street. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered the writing to be pretty rudimentary and the storyline to be boring and repetitive.Marnie goes back and forth through deciding whether to stop doing the questionnaire or not for her brother and every time she calls her brother, he manages to convince her to carry on. This happens multiple times. Luke keeps on asking her to help out at the inn even though she's [...]

    6. Nice story, though I did get a little tired of the hero & heroine being so wishy-washy and waffling so much. There were a lot of conflicts tossed into the pot & stirred a little too much. Still, I enjoyed it.
