    1. I wrote this book so I hope you enjoy reading it ;-) I'd appreciate reviews and ratings. For excerpts and more information, visit deborahcourt or my author page

    2. Couldn't finish this book, really did not enjoy it. NOW BEFORE YOU CRUCIFY ME - read WHY I didn't enjoy it. This book is erotica based on a capture fantasy. Normally I enjoy them. HOWEVER, this book did not strike a good chord with me. Here is why. When he first kidnaps her he tells her she's not strong enough to fuck him, makes her fight him, despite no training, where she obviously sprains her wrist and gets a head injury. NOT SEXY. And then when he gets on top of her, she forgets her injuries [...]

    3. i really disliked this novel. It honestly made me hate women. and think they are stupid. and honestly made me think about how horrible books like this and twilight are even tho i love books like twilight so that is saying something. for example twilight and this novel have one thing in common. the relationship is abusive. both men constantly threaten to kill the women, stop them from seeing other men, are taking them away from their fronds and family, and physically hurt them in some way. like r [...]

    4. OkayEverybody calm down! I see there are definitely contradictory opinions hereBut before I go through the book details, I want to make something clear about this so called by many an abusive relationship My eyes burned at comments like: Oh I hated this book becuase he mistreats her and she's a submissive idiot. How can that be a reason to hate a book? I understand sensitivity, and maybe even comprehend that many may not accept it. Male being active and aggressive;female submissive and weak in c [...]

    5. I met Ms. Court on Twitter and she was kind enough to gift me with a copy of her book since I expressed an interest. It was a number of weeks before I had a chance to read BOUND TO THE PRINCE, but once I started, I found myself transfixed. In fact, I carried my Kindle around with me so that I could find out where the relationship between Elathan and Igraine was headed and (quite frankly) where they were next going to "do it."The author is aware of the fact that the book includes a large number o [...]

    6. DNF!! Yes, I did not finish this book! Why? It was horrible. I know that many romance novels base themselves on the Stockholm Syndrome, where the heroine falls in love with her ABDUCTOR (stupid huh?). It's always the "he's a good guy underneath all that hard muscle" bull that gets old. One chapter in particular that made me stop reading the book was entitled "The Lover" (As an aside, I hate it when chapters are named. Don't know why.) Basically, the heroine is waking up after her first night of [...]

    7. I do not think I could actually describe the world that Deborah Court created in this story. I am a sucker for fairy tales. And though the premise doesn't exactly read HEA (a suicidal human, a bridge and a elven prince take a wild walk on the wide side), this story was captivating. I love heroines who might feel a bit awkward and then push through their insecurities to recognize the real woman that has been aching to come out. Oh, do you like them too? Then read this book, please.

    8. Ok, so this one was bad. Truly, horrificly bad. Like, the suckiest-fanfiction-you-can-think-of-bad. Not only is the writing horrible and the choice of words nauseating (especially during the sex scenes), but the story itself is badly executed and jumpy. All in all, DON'T READ THIS. Your time and money is worth spending on better things.

    9. Mmmm! This story was really intense, funny, entertaining and incredibly hot! What more can I say? I really should get a kindle…This book would have follow me everywhere I go if I had one… Some scenes give me shivers. This book was one of the best I read this year so far. I’ve been totally throw into a fantastic, magical and steamy world and I love it! This book mix some old Midsummer Night Dream by Shakespear and bright new Paranormal Romance by the author herself : Deborah Court. A Good mix [...]

    10. Elves, trolls & gargoyles- OH MY!Elathan isn't just a sexy Elven prince, he is a SMEXY Elven prince, who also happens to be living in exile. Despite an obvious hatred for humans, he finds himself drawn to Igraine Chandler, a simple Jersey girl who has had her heart broken. Claiming her as his slave, we are led on a journey so sensual and mesmerizing that it will leave you squirming in your seat from the intensity of the love scenes while leaving you yearning to know more about this fantasy w [...]

    11. This is truly an amazing story. I am a vampire girl so for me to be so hooked on an elf was just so surprising. Deborah weaves a very believable tale of the mythical and I am with her word for word. The relationship between Elathan and Igraine is just beautiful, hot, and soul searching. Really loving it so far. I am at the point where Elathan returns home with Igraine. So I know the anticipation of what happens to them and the kingdom is upon me.

    12. Here is what I have been looking for people! I bought this book on a whim because I had been searching for a erotic FANTASY romance for a while. It took a lot looking but I finally found it! This books starts out telling the story of the Prince of the elves, Elathan, and the experience he had to make him hate all of humanity. It also gives you some of his back ground, ie the relationship with his father and others around him. The first chapter of this book though takes you to London to meet a wo [...]

    13. This is a steaming hot read.Elathan is a tortured, bitter (and super sexy) Alpha hero who goes for what he wants and in this case it's Igraine, a human woman who's been hurt, but not broken. There's an instant attraction between the two, although the fact that Igraine is completely at Elathan's mercy makes their relationship a skewed one at first. Readers who do not like forced seduction might want to stay clear of this book. That being said: for me the seduction and romance totally worked. It wa [...]

    14. If you grow up loving fairy tales you must read this marvelous fantasy. Elven Prince Elathan has lived in exile for centuries in the world of the humans he hates. When he sees a dark hair human female standing on the edge a bridge looking as if she is going to jump he decides to take her to his lair as his slave. Thus begins a love story that takes us to the magical land of the Fae. A land with an enchanted forest populated with elves, fairies, trolls, gargoyles, nymphs, centaurs, grass monsters [...]

    15. I enjoyed this book. I read at the end Calatin's story is next, which is what I was hoping for. I know what people mean when they say the climax was a little disappointing, see spoiler. But it doesn't make the story any less. I loved how Igraine's opinion of herself improved with how strong she had to become. I love that her desire to love melted the ice around Elathan's heart. I love all of the magic and how it's replenished. It's a really good book. SPOILER- I would have liked to have seen the [...]

    16. This is a hard one.I DESPISED the way Elathon (the Elven Prince) treated Igraine for the first 1/3 of the book, and it was very difficult to get through. Actually, I almost didn't.Fortunately, I persevered, and in the end it turned out to be a decent book.I wouldn't say that this was a great book, pretty mediocre in terms of fantasy and/or erotica, but if you can push through the boorish assholeness of the hero in the first 30 percent, then you'll probably make it the rest of the way just fine.I [...]

    17. I want an Elven Prince. Whew! This one was on the steamy side. If you dont get offended by lots of loving it is a great book with lots of twists that are unexpected all the way till the end. Hopefully we will get more Elathan and Igraine so much more could happen. Loved it!

    18. The elven prince Elathan is still grieving over the death of his cousin Lady Ailidh at the hands of humans who breached the portal from the human world into the world of the Fae. His stepmother and stepbrother accused him of trying to usurp the throne and exiled him. Igraine had put her entire life on hold for her then fiance only to be dumped for a younger, perkier woman. Broken hearted and alone she had planed on committing suicide. Elathan who is hiding nearby catches her unique scent, sees h [...]

    19. Where do I begin? Bound To The Prince is a very HOT and STEAMY read!! Elathan is the elven prince and our tortured hero. He is VERY Alpha *heart thuds against chest* and just over the top SEXY! He absolutely despises ALL humans. But when he sees one particular human woman, Igrainehe simply can't help himself! (Or rather, he DOES help himself her *winks* He makes a quick decision and snatches her right off the streets and brings her back to his world. She is to be his slave of pleasure. She is to [...]

    20. Out of five stars I would give this TENThat's right 10! And boy what a ride!! On the worst night of her life lovely, lonely Igraine has had enough. While standing on a falling down bridge contemplating suicide, she is under observation from an Elf prince alleviating his loneliness watching the beauty of the lights on the old bridge. He sees Igraine as a very beautiful, desirable woman and it makes him angry that 1) she intrudes on his peace, 2) that she would dare think of ending her life, and 3 [...]

    21. I really liked this one. I could have loved it but it was too long winded in the first half. The hero, a fae prince who has a nasty side that is dark and cruel meets a suicidal human who he decides to make his love slave. The heroine is a woman who has been hurt deeply and never truly loved. Their romance starts out in a dark place for both of them and slowly becomes a love story that had a ring of truth. Not a truth most woman dream about but it's one that fits these characters. Their journey w [...]

    22. It took me a bit to get into the swing of this book but I really ended up enjoying it. While there were times where the writing got a wee bit too flowery for me, the heat between the characters made up for it. Now, I'm a sucker for the instantaeous "mine" storylines. I love when two potentially incompatible people end up being the other half of each other. I love the push and pull between two people who don't know one another and yet who can't keep their hands off. I'm quite happy to say that th [...]

    23. This is the story of an ordinary woman -- depressed and sexually frustrated after a ten-year-old relationship has ended on a sour note -- who is transported right out of her dreary depressing existence into a different, magical world. Throughout the book you never lose the sense of Igraine as an ordinary 30ish woman in Britain, and her sense of wonder at the extraordinary change in her circumstances. Her lingering self-doubt makes her love affair with the elven prince, Elathan, all the more sati [...]

    24. When i started reading this book i got a feeling it was like watching a very bad B rated movie with worst dialogue ever.To sum it up for the first third of the book- Heroine Igraine/lowly Human, was kidnapped by an Elf Prince, because she appealed to him sexually even though he hates all humans. The heroine even though she has been kidnapped, beaten, wrist broken, ribs hurting, with Elf constantly taunting her that he will kill her, the only thing on her mind was that she has found him so attrac [...]

    25. Bound to the Prince is like Lord of the Rings meets Debbie Does Dallas, but in a good way.Bound to the Prince is a mish-mash of creatures from elves, trolls, demons, nymphs to gargoyles. And the scenery, Court does an amazing job of detailing the surround world and creatures that I felt like I was watching an epic movie on an IMAX screen in my head while I was reading. Just breathe taking.Court knows how to write an Über-sex scene too. Holy freakin’ cow was this book hawt! I was panting right [...]

    26. Before reading Bound to the Prince, I had never read anything that met so many of my literary desires all so perfectly rolled into one story. You really can't place a simple label on this book. The story of Igraine (so very Human, I felt connected to her right away) & Elathan (the uber sexy & equally deadly Elvin prince) is a truly epic tale of love, fantasy & adventure with the HOTTEST passion that really curled my toes, made me blush and kept my heart pounding!I really loved this s [...]

    27. wow.Thats one word for it. A tale of an elf prince and his pleasure slave who both overcome obstacles together in the real world and in their own minds helping eachother in the process.Igraine was a spunky little heroine rebelling in her funny ways whenever she could and Elathanwell hot damn is all i can say.And then there's the loves scenesjust whoa there are plenty but not too much to make you roll your eyes and tell them to get on with it, just enough to keep you satisfied with their bond. All [...]

    28. This was one of those books I could barely put down until I finished it. A very good start to a new series. I loved the h, Igraine, but the H, Elathan took me quite a long while to warm up to. Regardless, the story was good with a lot of action, even if the smex scenes were just ok not every writer does it wonderfully, but that's not why I read the stories. ;-)There were only a few mistakes/typos.I surely hope the author will not use a name like Elathan again so hard to read along when having to [...]

    29. This book reminded me of a dream, the way one scene would flow right into another. There are definitely a lot of love scenes, one after another, very erotic :) It was a little slow at first because it was just the two main characters in a cave, but the plot starts to thicken and get interesting in the middle. Other characters come into the story. I liked the transformation of Igrain, the mortal. She changes so much and comes to be a perfect match for the prince. The elven prince was just hot, at [...]
