    1. I love Paul Doherty's writing style and I've read another one of his series - "Amerotke". It's about Egypt and i really enjoy it. So I couldn't wait to start The Relic Murders, it took me a little time to get into the story, but when I did I couldn't stop reading. And after reading a couple of the author's books I stared liking the historical fiction genre very much. The history is presented in one amazing way. One great book, part of one great series.

    2. Shallot continues with his memoirs, this time reciting his adventures that start when he decides to become a relic seller. Good mystery with some humour and some twists. This has been an enjoyable series.

    3. Great bookOnce you start reading this book it is difficult to put down. Want to get to the end to find the real culprits.

    4. As always, Doherty didn't disappoint. Interesting, intriguing, suspenseful. What more would you want form a brief historical novel? I liked it very much and until the end I wasn't sure who was the guilty one.
