    1. Now that I own all three currently published volumes of this series in print, I read them all in one go and fell even more in love with this series and Kusama Sakae's art and way of story telling. There are so many gorgeous panels and genuinely erotic drawings in this manga I can't even. (I learned I have apparently a thing for unbuttoned collars.) No, but seriously, this is SO GOOD and I can't wait for the next (probably concluding) volume which I think I read somewhere she does intend to publi [...]

    2. That one definitely lived up and surpassed my expectations. After reading the rave reviews over at the sublime homepage I figured this might be one of those rare examples of adult BL, where adult doesn't mean smutty but grown-up. It reminded me a lot of Shoko Hidaka's manga, which is high praise. Great mood, conflicted characters and an interesting art style. I can't wait to see how this one turns out, and I'm going to buy another e-book by her right away.

    3. Kusama Sakae is wonderful, but this one suffers from that 'I wrote this 32 page oneshot and then my editor decided to stretch it out into a two volume series' interesting story and I enjoy the dichotomy between the innocent falling in love but lying by omission pairing and also the devious blackmailing pair. Can't wait to see how it resolves in the next volume.

    4. (3.5) I'm not *entirely* sure about the story, but the art is gorgeous. Plus, bonus! unusual & intriguing historical period for a manga.
